Credit Variance Administration System (CVAS) allows Fannie Mae approved lenders to submit requests for single-loan waivers and project eligibility waivers, update outstanding requests, and view the status of previously submitted requests.

  • To register, contact your company's Technology Manager administrator. Only admins have the ability to set up and manage application access for users. Once registered, you can set up your password and update your personal profile via Technology Manager. Learn More

    CVAS has been updated with enhancements to provide a better overall user experience through single sign-on capabilities and improved system navigation and functionality.

  • New CVAS Web Address

    The CVAS web address is now https://cvas.fanniemae.com/cvas. Please bookmark this page after logging in through the new single sign-on screen. CVAS will still be accessible from the Launch App button on the CVAS web page.
